The rental market in the Metro Atlanta Area is very competitive and in an effort to efficiently help you reach your rental goals, we've partnered with LEG WORK and developed a streamlined process to assist you. It's important that you answer all the questions in this email and submit all the requested documents in order for us to better assist you. Please call with any questions that you may have.

Our Process
This process will go through your pre-qualification, application, doc submission, review, rental search and finally a move-in. We will work with private landlords and property management firms in order to accomplish this.
Concierge Fee
The LEG WORK support team will help us help you, and this fee is separate from the application fee and security deposit that may be required by private landlords and management companies, however, the goal is to be successful with the very first application, unfortunately, there's no guarantee in the current climate of the rental market.
The LEG WORK ASSIST Concierge fee is $695 and is non-refundable and payable to Leg Work via the link below.
